4- How long have you been living in HK ? We've been living in HK for 4 years and a half
5- Where did you live before ? We lived in Mumbai
6- What do you particularly like in HK ? I love the convenient life, transport, especialy the cabs are easy to get, and the food

7- What did you find the hardest to get used to ? The hardest was the language, communicating with the locals
8- What movie/book/object/dish instantly evocates HK according to you ? Barbecue pork buns, well dressed people (in black) and the smell of chinese food everywhere

9- Once you'll be far far away, in a couple of years, what will remain of the experience ? Good memories with my friends and longlasting friendships !
10- Why did you share this particular recipe ? I an sharing this recipe becaue it's probably the easiest and the first thing I had cooked as a girl !



Dahi Ki Sazbi (Yoghurt curry)

1 cup curd/set yogurt, 1 small onion, 2-5 curry leaves, 2 green chillies, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, oil

Put some oil in a wok. When the oil is hot, add the curry leaves and mustard seeds till the seeds splitter then add the chopped onions and green chillies. Keep stiring till the onions are light brown. Then add the beaten yogurt and salt, mix it quickly and switch off when it's warm. You can eat it with chapatis or bread pita.
